Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.
Return items that have been worn will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to customer.
Returns and exchanges should be received within 14 days from date of despatch for Australian customers and within 60 days for international customers. Exchange items will be sent by registered post in Australia or airmail to international destinations.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive your return items and process your request for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers.
Outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must return the goods to us. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

How to make a return or exchange
Please include a copy of the original invoice OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a note of the exchanges or refunds you require.
We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.
If you want to add items to your exchange above the price of the original order, we will also need your credit card details. This is because we use a secure - real time third party card clearing service and we do not see your card details from the original sale.
If you would like us to send a replacement item quickly, please place an order via our website, noting in the comments that it is an exchange. The exchange item will be billed and sent immediately and your card will be credited for the exchange item when we receive it.
Include a correct working email address with all correspondence so we can contact you immediately if we need further information.
