Surfing, Slotcars, Groms and Laughs, the Kirra Klassic (yes slotcars!)

The weekend starts with a Meet and Greet at Kirra SLSC where competitors can pick up their registration pack and get to sample some of the fine products from Your Mates Brewing.

Saturday morning everyone is invited to don some silly Fluro threads and Join in the fun with crew at Fluro Saturday for a few laughs before the competitive side of the weekend begins. Kirra Point Surf School are providing a limited number of free entry level, learn how to surf lessons, followed up with intermediate level lessons for those that want to improve their surfing skills. As there are limited places available you can register your interest here   

That evening its off to Seagulls leagues Club for a truly different experience racing slot cars. 

On Sunday surfing resumes with semi finals, before the micro grommets will hit the waves to show the older crew they will need to keep looking over their shoulder at the new wave of talent. They will be followed by an Adaptive Surfing display by those that need an extra hand to enjoy the stoke of surfing before the finals begin. The Fancy Dress will round off the day.

A popup bar will be the scene for the presentation with a couple of Clearwater Longboards to be given away thanks to Del Boy and Gail O’Neil the division 14 representative from the City of Gold Coast.
