Documentary about the surfing community at Mona Vale on Sydney's Northern Beaches in the mid 1960s.
By Phil and Russel Sheppard – with footage of the 1960s by Russell, much of it from the original film “The Ultimate Life”.
It features a host of excellent surfers, as well as internationally acclaimed Midget Farrelly and Nat Young. Also featured are Brian Dickson, Richard Harvey, Bruce Channon, and photographer and writer Bruce Usher – among many.
