Doco about the surfing community at Mona Vale on Sydney's Northern Beaches in the mid 1960s. 

By Phil and Russel Sheppard – with footage of the 1960s by Russell, much of it from the original film “The Ultimate Life”.

It features many excellent surfers, as well as the internationally acclaimed Midget Farrelly and Nat Young. Also featured are Brian Dickson, Richard Harvey,  Bruce Channon, and photographer and writer Bruce Usher – among many.
