Our 99th board winner Ben takes delivery of his CARABINE “SUB”

Ben Thompson from Camden Head was our subscriber board winner of the Carabine Shakey in Issue 115, but turned out he was keen on Carabine’s SUB model though, which is a Performance Noserider. “No worries, a SUB it’ll be!” said Shane from Carabine - so it just took a little longer to land in Ben’s hands. 

And here it is done to Ben’s favoured specs at 9’4” x 23” x 2 7/8ths – and in a beautiful Burnt Latte tint. 

"The SUB is maybe the most versatile of Carabine’s longboard models – broad-ish in the nose through to a rounded pin with 60/40 rails, with a concave in the nose and an almost flat centre, with a slight vee out the tail," says, Shane, “They’re mostly ridden as a single fin, and this board is perfect if you only want to own one board.”
