There was an epic show of fine footwork at the Leimalo Surf Festival in Vanuatu over the Easter weekend. In Pango where the festival was held, Leimalo is the local deity of the waves and is called upon to generate swell, this year she did not disappoint, with large waves keeping competitors on their toes.

Emma Webb from Victoria, Australia, took out first place in the Women longboard division with her powerful turns and controlled noseriding.

Pango local John Stevens renewed his title coming first for the Men’s longboard division with a fine display of cross stepping and hanging those toes on the nose.
