We first posted this how-to vid a couple of months ago and got a ton of feedback on it - so why not give it another run.
None of us really think much about jumping to our feet right? If you’ve been surfing for any length of time it’s just second nature – muscle memory.
But, if you’re maybe getting on a bit, or if you’ve had an injury of some sort, you might find yourself blowing a few more take-offs than you used to?
So check this out, there’s a couple of handy hints in here we thought – like keeping your head up higher than your bum, and swivelling those hips a bit – and you’ll be once again the gun of the steeper drop.
