Girls Can't Surf - “wit, grit and laughter” – official trailer and screening dates

It's the 1980s and pro surfing is a circus of fluro, peroxide hair and radical male egos. This doco follows a band of renegade surfers who took on this male-dominated world to change the sport forever. It’s a wild ride of clashing personalities, sexism, adventure and heartbreak, with each woman fighting against the odds to make their dreams of competing a reality.

Screening in Australia at the State Theatre on January 17 - opening in cinemas on March 11.
