Raised in often-flat Florida, the 2019 world champ longboarder Justin Quintal turned heads with a second reef howler on an 8’5” last winter – so much so that he’s got the nod into the 2023 Pipe Masters coming up in December. “Hopefully I’ll show up ready to roll.
