Sometimes in life certain opportunities present themselves that can not only change your life but, more importantly change the way you view or perhaps even live life. One man we know that has a special aura is Bob McTavish. Bob’s energy, experience and outlook will have a profound effect on you.
Bob has crammed more amazing experiences into his life than most legends. You could say he knows a thing or two about the history of surfing and board technology. Credited as the critical figure in the shortboard revolution, he also discovered too many iconic surf spots to mention. In summation Bob is a genuine surfing pioneer and true legend of our sport/pastime.
The Perfect Wave Travel Experience is offering you the opportunity off a lifetime to hang out with Bob in the beautiful Telo Islands of Indonesia from Feb 22 to March 4. Not only will you bask in the luxury that is Telo Island Lodge, surfing some of the most perfect and uncrowded waves in Indonesia, but you’ll be able to surf, hang out and talk story with Bob.
Talk shortboard revolution, travel, industry, the 60s, 70s – you name it Bob has a tale. Oh yeah and did i mention Bob still rips and is pretty much a frothing grommet that will be pushing you to paddle out for another surf with him.
