North Narra, steeped in Oz surfing history - what a great place to stuff up!

Tuesday, 10 July 2012
We only have till this Friday! The break is under threat from the 'Frankenstein Dune' that is deteriorating the beach threatening Narrabeen residential property, a safety risk for the public and destruction of the North Narra surf break!
WE NEED YOU to TAKE ACTION to to help save North Narrabeen. Please click on the link below to contact Warringah Council to make a submission letting them know your thoughts on their current proposal for North Narrabeen Reserve:
When making your submission you might like to mention:
- the proposed development (master plan) does not address the the community's concerns about the health of the beach in any way;
- the ever increasing size of the sand dune is locking up sand crucial to the quality of the breaking waves, particularly 'Carpark Rights';
- the dune's size affects public safety as sight lines to the waters edge have been lost;
- the proposed plan will cause great disruption of the car park for virtually no gain.
EMAIL submissions before 13th July to; council@warringah.nsw.gov.au & Visit http://yoursaywarringah.com.au/
