Q: Biggest surfing influence? I'd have to have been my dad originally. Back when I was young he bought a mal for himself - however I jumped on it because it looked fun and never looked back. When I started getting right into it Joel Tudor was definatley a big influence. These days it's all the boys on the contest scene.
Q: Best surfing trip? Back when I was riding for Hobie surfboards. Jesse Jerrems and I were sent on a sales/promotion trip all the way down the East Coast of Australia. We were on the road for a month and surfed just about every break from Noosa to Lorne Point in Victoria.
Q: Quiver? Kevin Connelly Noserider, I think its about 9'8" it doesn't have any dimensions on it (must be secret) but man it goes good on the nose! Other boards I have are Laguna Bay Longboards Pro Model 9'1" x 2 1/2" thick, 21 7/8" wide. Awesome high peformance longboard and goes great in contests. Plus a 6'0" shortboard for when I get bored with riding the logs and a bodyboard for when I'm over standing up!
